What to know before ordering:
How much do your stickers cost?
You can visit our our ordering page and add things in your cart to calculate how much your order will be. For a bird's eye view of our pricing, visit our Pricing Overview page. If you need different options than what we offer, contact us for a custom quote!
What is the turnaround time for custom stickers?
We try to get your stickers produced between 5-7 business days, but may take up to 14 business days, not including shipping and delivery time. Shipping times will vary.
If you're in need of receiving your stickers within two weeks, we do offer rush order and expedited shipping options for an extra fee.

I live outside of the US, where do you ship to?
Through the website, we can ship to any US state or territory, Canada and Mexico!
Due to VAT laws, we ask any UK or EU customers to email us for their order, and we will handle it through Etsy. All other countries can contact us to see if we are able to ship to you!

What patterns of sparkle holo lamination do you offer?
We offer star patterned lamination and broken glass patterned lamination (the latter is a very limited quantity and available only by request). If there is a different pattern you would like, please contact us and we can set up a custom request! Though this will delay production time, and there will be an additional charge for acquiring a non-standard lamination.
I'm unsure about what material to use. Which is the best?
It all depends on the final application for your project and your budget! Want to know what the material looks like before you order? We have an affordable sample pack available for purchase featuring all of our materials, so you can see the quality before committing!
How do I prepare my files to order?
We request you upload transparent .PNG or .JPG images on a solid white background, sized exactly at the final size you want your artwork at 300dpi. If you have custom cut lines you may include those in the image itself, or as a separate layer in a PSD file. Please leave a note in your order that you have custom cut lines!

I have a unique request for my order, how do I proceed?
If your order is a little different than the options given during the ordering process, feel free to contact us for a custom quote and we will see if it’s possible!
I prefer the old method of emailing my order and receiving a Paypal invoice, is this still possible?
Yes of course! You can still email Ashley as usual for your order, though your order won't show in the active queue and may have a longer processing time. Be sure to contact us with your request to get an accurate turnaround time!
Can I pick up my order in person?
In-person pick up is only accepted at conventions and events we will be attending! Please see our Upcoming Conventions Schedule for the next available date.
I want to make stickers of artwork that isn’t mine/I found on the internet. Is this possible?
Spooky Stickers is an artist-owned business, and will always have other artists’ best interests at heart. We discourage you to order stickers of artwork that isn’t yours, unless you have explicit permission from the artist. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.
Sticker Quality:
Are your stickers scratch-proof?
Only our sparkle holo laminated stickers are scratch-proof! All other sticker types are prone to scratching or rubbing over time.
Are any of your sticker material options tear-proof?
None of our materials are resistant to tearing if you peel them too quickly or from the wrong angle!
After-Order Questions & Concerns
My order shipped, but it was lost/not delivered/damaged in transit! What should I do?
Once an order has left Spooky Stickers’ hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you have any issues once the order has shipped, please reach out to the carrier with any questions or concerns. For more information, please see our Shipping Policies.
My order has missing items/is incomplete or defective! What should I do?
If we missed something or something is defective, please contact us! We will review your concern and act accordingly. For more information, please see our Terms of Service and Refund Policies.
I would like to re-order the same design again. How do I do that?
You can reorder previously ordered designs directly from the Orders tab on your Account page. For more information, please see our Reordering page.

Where are your stickers printed?
Currently, we work with a local UPS Store to print all of our stickers on a laser production printer!
What brand of sticker paper do you use?
We use Online Labels brand sticker paper for all of our stock. Because we are working with a laser printer, the paper types all support laser printing.
Who owns Spooky Stickers?
Spooky Stickers is owned and operated by Ashley Smith, artist and owner of Le Spirit Designs. Currently, this is a one-woman operation!
What equipment does Spooky Stickers use?
Currently, all of our printing is done locally with a UPS Store, and all of our cutting is done on a single Silhouette Cameo 3! All lamination is done by hand, or with the assistance of a hot laminator.
Will Spooky Stickers ever offer more options?
We hope so! We have a goal to grow this business into a full-scale operation with in house printing, large format print and cut, and more lamination/specialty options!
