Shipping Policies
Spooky Stickers uses USPS and UPS options for all order shipments. Shipping prices are a flat rate, determined by size of largest sticker and total quantity of the order, and includes handling fees. All sample pack orders are shipped untracked via USPS stamped letter, unless otherwise selected. Default shipping option is USPS First Class Mail for domestic orders, and USPS First Class International for orders to Canada or Mexico.
Rush orders or orders with a more expedited delivery will use UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select. Expedited orders to Canada or Mexico, or expedited orders who wish to use a faster service, must contact Spooky Stickers for a custom quote to determine which shipping method is best for the order.
Shipped packages do not include any insurance. Once order has been shipped, delays, damage in transit, undelivered or lost packages are no longer the responsibility of Spooky Stickers. Please contact the carrier with the provided tracking information for these issues.
Price of shipping can change at any time, without notice, though we will always do our best to inform customers of any price changes.
Refund Policies
All refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page or our email [info@spookystickers.site], and are subject to approval on a case by case basis.
Refunds will only be considered for products that have a manufacturing error, such as misprinted, severely miscut, shallow kiss cuts, or heavy lamination error. Full refunds will only be considered for orders with 80% or higher defective rate. It is important to keep in mind that our stickers are handmade, and some errors are to be expected!
Damage done while the Customer is handling the product (eg. ripping) will not be considered for a refund.
Customers who opt out of a digital proof, or who do not provide cut lines, will not be considered for a refund for undesired cut outlines.
